Property Ownership
Own a property in Dubai valued at least AED 750,000, as stated in the title deed (properties in other emirates or DIFC are not accepted).
Mortgaged Property
If mortgaged, provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the bank/developer, along with a mortgage statement detailing paid and remaining amounts.
Joint Ownership
For properties jointly owned by husband and wife, shares must be equal; if unequal, only the majority shareholder can apply as the primary visa holder and sponsor the spouse.
Name Matching
The applicant’s name on the title deed must match the passport.
