Sponsor Requirements
  • Sponsor’s passport and UAE residence visa copies.

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the father, attested by a notary public, if the mother is the sponsor (for boys under 18 and girls under 21).

  • If the father is the sponsor, proof of the mother’s status (copy of her residence visa or Emirates ID).

  • Clear, color scan of the dependent’s passport (valid for at least 6 months).

  • Clear scan of previous UAE residence visa (if applicable).

  • Birth certificate, legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and UAE Embassy in the country of origin, then by MOFA in the UAE, with legal Arabic translation.

  • If no birth certificate, a consulate letter proving the relationship, attested by MOFA and translated into Arabic, starting with “This is to confirm” or “This is to clarify.”

  • National ID for dependents from Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Libya, or Afghanistan.

  • Marriage certificate, legalized by MOFA and UAE Embassy in the country of origin, then by MOFA in the UAE, with legal Arabic translation.

  • If no marriage certificate, a consulate letter proving the relationship, attested by MOFA and translated into Arabic, starting with “This is to confirm” or “This is to clarify.”
