Applicant Age

Property Ownership
Own a property in Dubai valued at least AED 1 million, as stated in the title deed (properties in other emirates or DIFC are not accepted).
Official Valuation
An official evaluation certificate is mandatory to confirm the property’s market value exceeds AED 1 million.
Joint Ownership
For properties jointly owned by husband and wife, shares must be equal; if unequal, only the majority shareholder can apply as the primary visa holder and sponsor the spouse.
